    Replacement Cartridge - 60 Days Return Policy
  • If a compatible product is faulty, or you are not satisfied with the product in any reason, we are happy to offer you return and exchange. That the goods are returned within 60 days of delivery.
  • If you need to exchange in different models for replacement, but you may need to settle for the order amount difference involved.
    OEM Cartridge - 7 Days Return Policy
  • If a OEM product is faulty, you can contact us for return or exchange, provided that the goods are returned within 7 days of delivery and in a resaleable condition.
  • And we will need to have appearance check before OEM cartridge exchange arrangement.
  • If you need to exchange in different models for replacement, but you may need to settle for the order amount difference involved.
    Printers - 7 Days Return Policy
  • If a printer is faulty, you can contact us for exchange, provided that the goods are returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will send exchanged printer with the same model, after our technical representative checking and confirmation on workmanship problem.
  • Printer Warranty
  • 1. OEM manufacturer companies offer at least 12 months warranty directly to all printer users.

    Simple procedure for return & exchange:
  • 1.Call or email us for your return/ exchange request.
  • 2.Provide us with your Order Number, returned products and the reason for your return.
  • 3.Communicate with our technical representative, to understand and confirm the return. Our representative may    arranage on-site service if necessary.
  • 4.We will arrange replacement in the same form of shipping for purchase without extra delivery charge.
