As long as your printer purchased from us, we provide FREE on-site support for your printer check.

Terms & Conditions:

• Our Toner999 1 year on-site support, is additional services on top of OEM warranty. All warranty runs from Date of Purchase.
• Our free on-site printer support is limited to basic check & testing on printers & consumables, which do not includes any maintance and repair. Maximium 5 times free per year.
• When you call up the on-site service, our technical representative may contact you to understand the situation first. If we cannot resolve the problem over the phone, we will arrange an on-site visit or arrange the product to be returned to us.

• Toner999 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time and to make exceptions on case-by-case basis.
